Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect
When you create an account we collect your email address and, optionally, a display name. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.
For each API request we record the following usage metadata only:
- Timestamp and model name
- Token counts — input tokens, output tokens, and cached tokens
- Credits consumed and billing outcome
- Your API key identifier (not the key itself)
We never store the content of your prompts or responses. Request and response bodies pass through our infrastructure only for the duration of the API call and are not written to any database or storage system.
2. How we use your information
- To provide and operate the AI Hub service
- To send transactional emails (e.g. email verification, payment receipts)
- To enforce usage limits and detect abuse
- To improve the service through aggregated, anonymised analytics
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Data retention
Account data (email, billing records) is retained for as long as your account is active. Usage metadata (token counts, request timestamps, credits consumed) is retained for up to 12 months for billing reconciliation and abuse-prevention purposes. You may request full account deletion at any time by emailing support@watfaq.tech.
4. Third-party services and upstream AI providers
We use the following sub-processors for operating the Service:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Cloudflare — hosting, edge network, and D1 database
When you make an API request, your prompt and any data you include are forwarded to the relevant upstream AI provider (e.g. GitHub Copilot, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google). AI Hub does not store prompt or response content, but the upstream provider receives it and processes it under their own terms of service and privacy policy.
We have no visibility into, or control over, how upstream providers handle, store, retain, or secure the data you transmit. We are not responsible for any data breach, unauthorised disclosure, or misuse of your data by an upstream provider. You should review each provider's privacy policy before transmitting sensitive, confidential, or regulated information through the Service.
By using the Service you acknowledge that your prompts and responses are subject to the data practices of the upstream provider selected for each request, and that AI Hub bears no liability for those practices.
5. Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. No third-party tracking or advertising cookies are used.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights please contact us at support@watfaq.tech.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
