Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using AI Hub ("the Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

AI Hub provides API access to various AI models. You interact with the Service by making API requests using your API key. We act as a transparent proxy between you and the upstream AI providers.

We do not store your prompts or responses. Request and response content passes through our infrastructure only for the duration of the API call and is never written to disk or any database. The only information we retain is usage metadata — see our Privacy Policy for full details.

3. Account registration

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. Notify us immediately at support@watfaq.tech if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, abusive, or deceptive content
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or billing
  • Resell or sublicense API access without written permission
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

You are also responsible for complying with the terms of service and acceptable use policies of each upstream AI provider whose models you access through the Service (including but not limited to GitHub, OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google). We pass your requests to those providers on your behalf; any violation of their policies is solely your responsibility.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Billing and payments

Paid plans are billed on a subscription basis. Usage beyond your plan's quota may be charged as overage if you have enabled wallet top-ups. All payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at support@watfaq.tech.

6. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service depends on third-party AI providers and infrastructure; outages outside our control may affect availability. We are not liable for any losses resulting from downtime or service degradation.

7. Third-party AI providers

The Service routes your API requests to upstream AI providers (including GitHub Copilot, OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google, among others). By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Your prompts, inputs, and any data you transmit are forwarded to those providers and are subject to their own terms of service, privacy policies, and data-handling practices.
  • We have no control over how upstream providers store, process, retain, or secure your data once it leaves our infrastructure.
  • We are not responsible for any data breach, unauthorised disclosure, loss, or misuse of your data that occurs at the upstream provider level.
  • AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, biased, or otherwise unsuitable. You are solely responsible for how you use, act upon, or distribute model outputs.
  • You should not transmit sensitive personal data, confidential information, or regulated data (e.g. health records, financial account details, legal privileged material) through the Service unless you have independently verified that the relevant upstream provider's terms and security posture meet your obligations.

We expressly disclaim all liability for any harm arising from upstream providers' handling of your data or from the content of AI-generated outputs.

8. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the Service. We retain all rights to the Service itself, including its code, design, and infrastructure.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. We make no warranty that the Service will meet your requirements or that AI-generated outputs will be accurate, complete, or reliable.

We specifically disclaim any warranty or representation regarding the data-handling practices, security measures, or outputs of upstream AI providers. Your use of those providers' models through our Service is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI Hub, its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business
  • Any data breach, leak, or unauthorised access occurring at an upstream AI provider
  • Harm caused by reliance on AI-generated content
  • Service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
